I was listed by ( i dont know who) as a bbbj"er for the longest time, and I asked ter to assist and take that Down, and it took them months to get it off my profile, Some of the info on my profile is NOT true, I do not smoke, and for some reason it says I do, I understand we cant fill out all of it, but the personal part I think we should have access to edit it.
DEFINATELY a provider should be able to get a very quick response from the moderator in charge if what is listen is not true. The smoking part may have been true a while back when a provider smoked but it MUST be able to be changed after all some of these go for years and years. I personally have posted reviews to two that I saw that didn't have any reviews. So what I say she does or doesn't do will stay with her until she changes her name and starts over losing her marketing? That is not right. I could have a grudge. Having have to "send enough" that is too much. In my biz, if we have a problem we take care of it ASAP.....
