Why does the subject disappear when you edit messages

Can you guys fix that glitch, TER? When editing a post, many times a portion of the subject line disappears. You might just be fixing a minor typo in the text portion, then hit repost, and notice the subject line is gone! (or almost gone). Then you need to go and edit again to replace the subject line (if you notice it).

Also I have always wondered why when we edit a post, even though it goes back to the proper board, when you hit "post" it says you are on the "meet and greet" board.

This happened to me numerous times (maybe hundreds) so I know I can't be the only one.

I just noticed the subject issue yesterday.  I have only had the incident when I try to edit a message and it won't allow me to it says I'm on the Meet and Greet board, but I wasn't.  Strange stuff....

Once upon a time we were ABLE to EDIT out own alias posts. That was another feature TER took away from members. I'd like to see that feature returned to us.

not being able to edit an alias post. You can't even delete it without reporting the post, and waiting for admin to read your "report."

we should be able to delete unwanted alias posts..there are a shitload of those..

Rarely are members wants, needs or desires listened to on this site.  You guys haven't figured that out?
We used to be able to edit alias posts. That got taken away about 4 years ago or so. Multi aliases got robbed from us a year ago.  Lots of features got taken away over the last few years. Boards got dummied down and injected with political correctness, and local Mods that know WTF is going on are long gone.

Progress right?
