Problem with "Search Review" button.

I noticed that the "Search Review" sometime does not locate a provider that in reality is in your data base. For instance one of my review dated 8/30/00 of Jessica (one of the best providers in San Francisco), is on my list of reviews but she does not come up with the Search Review using her name and San Francisco. Also I have noticed the same problem occuring with Korina in Los Angeles. There are plenty of reviews but if you do the search by name she does not come up. Please solve this software glitch.Thank you

This ounds like a Java error. Close all of your browsers and reboot your machine. Open up a fresh browser, make sure that java is enabled. Open the search page and try agin. Tell us if that solves the problem.

It doesn't matter which computer I use, I have 6 computers and I have the same problem with all of them. I have tried the search with a friend computers same results.  Could you please try yourself. Do a search for Jessica in San Francisco, just the name and the city, most likely you will get nothing. If you get no return look at my reviews and you will see Jessica.

OK, Here is the message that I got from the programmers. :The rerviews that he is referring to (Jessica and Korina) are inactive reviews. This is the loophole we have discussed before where you can access inactive reviews by clicking on a reviewer's name and getting a lisitng of the reviews he has posted. The inactive provider's still show up. We added a fix this weekend whereas you can read the review, but when you try to look at the profile, a message comes up saying the provider is inactive.Do you simply want us to remove reviews of providers that are inactive, our leave it the way that it is?

....to completely remove the reviews of the 'inactive' gals.  There are always some who, for whatever reason, become inactive for a while & then resume seeing clients--sometimes using the same name, sometimes a different one.  Elaine Jules may (or may not) be an example of the former, & I personally know another who is an example of the latter.  But whatever you do...let all the rip-offs remain for eternity!!!

Once we get a review, or see that an inactive porvider is active again, we simply reactivate the reviews. If a provider takes a couple of months off, she doesn't want everyone calling her up.I am with you on the rip-offs also.

Jessica is an active provider, I have seen her many times including two weeks ago. She is one of the best provider in SF ever. I am not sure why the software considers her inactive. I promise you she is extremely active.--modified by babbeo at Tue, Apr 10, 2001, 11:53:01--modified by babbeo at Thu, Apr 12, 2001, 14:55:17
