Would it be possible to add a board for couples who are looking for 3somes with a provider? I've posted several times on the LA board with mixed results.  I've also tried using the search terms, and although there are searches for "really bi" that's not really representative of which providers like and prefer couples.  In fact, my girlfriend and I contacted one that was listed under "really bi" but she said specifically she doesn't do couples.  Anyone else agree?

IMO adding another dead board would not do much good. The "In Search Of" board is where you should be posting for couples friendly providers. Read provider ads and websites. The ones that are couples friendly usually advertise it. If you are a date-check member, providers in that site also advertise as couples friendly or not.
