How about a simple category where you could put down if you were stood up by a provider? It is all part of life but some providers seem to make more than a habit of it. At the moment there is no real way of reporting. Seems minor but who would go see a provider that has 20 stand ups in her review. If you did you might decide to take a back up phone number at least.

That brings up an interesting issue.  If I add the field we will probably receive a ton of reviews stating “did not show up”  Basically they would be non-reviews with no information other than the fact that no session occurred.  This would cause a lot of problems.
