TER Provider Ages from 21 to 50 are in 5 year groups: 21-25; 26-30; 31-35; ... until "Over 50."

Does anyone think that TER should extend the 5 year age groups into the over 50 range? How many new groupings?
(a) 51-55; Over 55
(b) 51-55; 56-60; Over 60
(c) 51-55; 56-60; 61-65; Over 65
(d) 51-55; 56-60; 61-65; 66-70; Over 70

I can see both sides of the issue. I'd appreciate if others would chime in. If opinions gravitate toward "more groupings" I'm wondering if TER will take notice and take action.
