A provider's profile page lists information about "services Offered" and "cost of service". But for a provider with multiple reviews, those reviewers may have different information on "services provided" and cost. In particular, different reviewers may have different information on costs for varying amounts of time. Is there anyway to see all the information provided by each reviewer? If not, consider this a suggested improvement to the site.
once the profile is set by the original reviewer, only a problem report submitted by the provider can change any information in the profile. I would think, if she wants to post more donation info, she could do that thru a problem report as well. Most reviews I have read have only, usually the one hour, rate posted on their profile.
Seems to me the best way to verify some of the 'services provided' would be to PM the reviewer and ask him if you have questions.

Yes, I understand this. But each reviewer posts information on "Services Provided" which may differ from that in the profile. Also reviewers may have their own cost information. My post is not about what the provider wants (or more likely, has the inclination to keep up with). Reviewers have information that is new information not already present on TER. As potential clients, that information is useful to us. Since it has already been added into the database, it is much more efficient to be able to access that information directly rather than going the PM route. Trying to get information (already provided to TER) through PM is NOT the best way to get that information, PM someone does not always result in a prompt response.
They are submitted to editors who review the info and post it. As I understand it, there is no database of submitted profiles that they are all added to but hidden from view.
That said, I agree completely that the way profiles are (not) maintained is rotten. It couldn't be that difficult to employ a proper system like the one you propose, so the fact that it hasn't been done is beyond aggravating.
Reviewers can also submit problem reports. The problem report doesn't have to be submitted by the provider. I have done so after checking with the provider.
