This is pretty much my last resort. I have sent numerous e-mails to Staff for days now and they have chosen not to answer.I was sent a notice on the 9th of November that I had 9 days left on my VIP account. I had planned to re-up my membership by mail-in money-order before the deadline was up. My account maintenance page showed the same information.However, Staff removed my VIP status as of Friday the 10th and despite repeated e-mails, have neither re-instated my membership, nor answered any of my e-mails.Has anyone else experienced this?
I peeked in on the e-mail trail and here is what happened:1. When you filled out one of the feedback form it had a return address that wasn't correct.2. The app the manages user time got stuck for several days. When we discovered the issue and restarted it, it caught up. This meeans that serveral days were removed at once.3.
