Recently I've had two experiences where I have been stood up at the last minute by providers on incalls. Okay, I know stuff happens, but on the last trip, I was in contact up to the general area, she texted "10 more minutes" (I'd already been there 15), and that was it. I waited another half hour, calling and texting, nothing. Like I said stuff happens but how hard is it to call and let me know? Maybe an "I'm sorry, let me make it up", or at least a reason. This is a business based on repeat customers. This treatment is not okay. It wastes our time and costs providers money when it is done to them. We, and providers, need an outlet to let others know about these actions. It would also let offenders know that it is NOT alright. Beyond having a "no show" performance rating, I don't have an answer about the best way, but I do feel it's a problem since I've seen it mentioned often in your other forums.
