Posting of fake reviews being one of them.  Also, some girls simply do not want reviews or even a presence on TER at all.

but I can see the practical application.  On the other hand, many gals want all mention of them removed from the site, so to them but them on a list would be self-defeating.

TER has no obligation to remove any review upon request.  They will do so if a good reason is proffered to do so; otherwise they are very likely to just remove all a gal's reviews, whether or not she expected or wanted same.

Providers with poor/negative reviews request to be removed from TER and become “delisted”.
My recent review was rejected because the provider was delisted, so I wasted time writing up the review.
We must have a list of delisted providers so we won’t waste time submitting a review of a delisted provider.
Also, if a provider is delisted, we would know whether the provider is delisted or simply hasn’t been reviewed yet.
By the way, does TER have a legal obligation to remove poor reviews upon request?
I don’t think so.  I think TER should change their policy and allow all providers to be reviewed.

Bostonguy57, delisting a provider because of a fake review doesn't make sense.
If a review is fake, then remove the fake review, not delist the provider.
What do you accomplish by delisting a provider because of a fake review?

If a provider requests to be not reviewed, then that's fine, but having a list of delisted providers is a fair compromise.
Having a list of delisted providers is *different* from having a review.
No contradiction there.  Not self-defeating.

Actually, if you ask *any* provider, they wouldn't want a poor/negative review here.
If a provider doesn't request to be removed, then they probably don't know about TER.
I believe that the benefits that serve the community out-weight the providers' request to be removed.

I think if a lady isn't a member or doesn't wish to be reviewed she shouldn't. Also anyone can post a review and we do not knowif it's the truth.

No, I wasn't arguing with you.
I was just frustrated by the whole thing.
Sorry.

How about doing a search here prior to writing a review that way you can see if they're delisted or not beforehand?
I leave fake or a subpar review up. Makes the reviewer look stupid when they say "satisfied etc good performance or im a nice lady but then contradicts themselves saying "won't repeat" for whatever reason.
