I believe it is time to give reviewers a place to list ladies who have screwed us over along with there offense.  There are situations where TER won't allow a review and as reviewers after we comment on it it is forgotten about.

Here are some examples.

NCNS
Deposit required and then the woman flakes and no refund
Lady departs in session for whatever reason and doesn't return taking donation with her.

These are just three reason I come up with off the top of my head but I bet we could come up with many more. The other issue is with negative reviews can disappear to quickly or the woman goes to TER and complains till the review is removed.  

I believe a separate category for reviewers only where we could do a list a provider and what she did to deserve being blacklisted would be a helpful tool.

The problem with simply posting on the RO or local board about provider's bad behavior, (or hobbyists to be fair) is that once the thread falls off the front page it's usually completely forgotten about. If there were a place where guys (and ladies) could look to see if there was any bad behavior that didn't make it onto the reviews it might be a deterrent to that type of behavior.

There is at least one post per month, and maybe more where someone will spill the beans on some provider for the very things you mention, and a few more.

You can do a search for the provider in question and see if anything comes up.

That's about as close as you'll get.

Of course, you are at liberty to set up your own black list board the same way that providers do.

Forgot all about it, so hidden away.  So I looked for it, found it, but looks pretty empty compared to early 2000's.
