If I understand correctly, multiple review about one provider by the same reviwer are frowned upon.  If that is correct, I would ask if you would consider changing that policy.  

-Repeat visits by one reviewer help us understand how good a provider is.  
-A provider's look, quality and/or scope of service may change over time (e.g. BBBJ becomes CBJ only).

Good to know.  If they remove the prior review then we lose the benefit of knowing it is a repeat unless written into the narrative.

Correct, but since you know they earlier review will be removed you can cut & paste the old review into a WP document, do your comparison, then post the update.  I'd do that anyway, just to have it open in front of me.
