There is a big difference between escorts who de-list themselves and those who are banned and TER is not stupid. Escorts who are banned are not welcome back per TER policy and TER obviously has some very good reasons for banning them. TER also has a longstanding policy for not publicly discussing why certain posters or escorts are banned but valid reasons exist.
The provider you are referring to was not banned because she was arrested but for other reasons. Inferring that she was banned because she was arrested is totally false and baseless.
Deal with it, plain and simple! TER is not "randomly" punishing her and you know that but I guess it doesn't hurt to try. There is a price to be paid when escorts or posters knowingly violate, break, or abuse policy and rules that are so critical to the success and function of TER as a website. No one escort or poster is above the rules.
I do find it interesting however that she constantly tries to use her white knights and shills to get her reinstated to TER. The very website she continually bashes on her Twitter account.

There is some variation and lack of clarity in how TER handles providers with arrests. Is there a policy--if so, where?
I know one with a couple of arrests and a warrant and she advertises, has reviews, and post on TER.
I know one who was arrested. She delisted, went UTR and is openly discussed.
I know one who was arrested; was banned from advertising, having reviews, or discussinf on the board. Her case was cleared and she is still banned.
I know one who was arrested. Her profile temporarily disappeared and has reopened in another state.
I know one who was arrested, went to prison and is seeing clients now. Her reviews never came down--she does not advertise or talk on TER but her profile is up to date.
Don't PM me with queries as to who these people are. I won't say. But it does seem to me that given the crazy LE with regard to the hobby that TER should not be randomly punishing providers.
