More specific regions in busy areas (LA)

Westside, Hollywood, Valley, Southbay, that kind of stuff. It would make searches much easier.

I think you can do that now by sorting reviews by area code.  If I want to find someone in West LA, I search for 310 area code.  It's usually pretty accurate.

Yes, except (310) goes from Malibu to the edge of Long Beach...
