According to the GD drop down. Would you agree that most individuals who are unfamiliar with a website look for the FAQ area.  So what would you suggest? The grasshopper board, the rookie board, the place to ask dumb questions board ?

Now that's funny. FAQ for rookies doesn't have a bad ring to it though.

It is a list of questions and answers, not a discussion forum. TER has FAQ sections as do most websites, but the "FAQ for newbies" board is not what most people think of when they think of FAQ. It is a newbie discussion board, not a FAQ board.

when I'm replying to questions, I never use its full title, I just call it the newbie board.
