On at least four of the regional boards. ASSumed it was on all of them, thinking surely admin had an easy way to handle them all at once. Looks like you're right, it's hit and miss. Really more of a morbid curiosity than a complaint. I gotta quit PUI, lol. I no longer have the interest to RAP. Thanks for your response.

But I started clicking on various regional boards and the first couple I clicked on the theme thread wasn't pinned so I started wondering, "what is he talking about?" Then the next 2 boards I checked the Halloween them thread was pinned on the top of the page, then I clicked on a few more and it was like yes, no, yes, yes, no. Seems very random. It is weird because you would think like you said, that theybhavecacway to unpunished the thread on all boards at once, but apparently not. It looks like an individual thing and someone missed a bunch. lol. I reported 2 of them. We'll see what happens. I was too lazy to go through every regional board and RAP. :

Well you're a better man than I because I was too lazy to RAP any of them, once you brought to my attention that it isn't all of them. Figure if this thread doesn't bring it to admin's attention to fix it then I'm not going to worry. Couple of the slower boards, it's still on top but there hasn't been a thread since so it may or may not be pinned. Good for you, PS; historian, host, and senior director of housekeeping. Impressive.

I suppose there are crazier ideas.

Instead of ricotta cheese, I'll use Marsh-mellow Fluff, and chocolate sauce instead of tomato sauce.

One thing for sure:  It would be a great sploshing experience
