And the providers that are not busy or looking for what the client posted they could contact . For instant late at night a lot of the providers desperate to make ther rent they would drop there rates but can't afford to post .so they could find us .it would help every one I believe

Set up a TER-bay site where we can bid on the rate to be paid! Of course, some auctions will expire very quickly ("expires in 5 hours at 5 AM") and there can even be the higher "Buy it NOW!" rate.
Watch out though. You may get a good price but they always get you with the exorbitant shipping costs
