I can attest to the difficulty in doing this- I had been trying for months to no avail (I'm finally linked now, thankfully!). I was doing everything the help center said to do, and contacted the moderators via the "Contact Us" information, and it just wasn't working. Finally a help center person said it was some kind of glitch in the system, and they fixed it for me. I suspect it had something to do with the website update- I had still been seeing the old format up until last week and after it switched over I was able to get the help I needed in fixing this problem. I hope it's easier for others than it was for me, that was quite frustrating! Happily connected now
I suggest to providers that they link their profiles There is no FAQ on how to do this, what information is needed, etc. Providers that I know are having great difficulty doing this.
There should be a FAQ accessible to providers and to hobbyists that Describes how to Link Describes the reasons to link (e.g. being able to receive gifted days, being able to white list, etc)
Its been challenging to understand for some providers. I've tried to help on a few occasions, but they couldn't get it figured out and weren't able to get TER to help. I suggested they post something on the provider board and I recall one telling me that was a big help.
