Please keep us logged in longer. It's a pain to do it so often. Either just have a longer-lasting cookie or let the user choose login length. The former is fine for me. You have about the shortest cookie of any site I visit.

It could also be 30 minutes, but I never timed it or checked.

I think that's long enough..

Short would be less than 20 minutes

Now that I think of it, a "keep me logged in" option would be ideal. I see that on loads of sites that I'm a member of, and always check it.

I won't go into details, but it's not safe to have a session login cookie that doesn't expire.

Is it really that hard to type your password in again?
