Curious. No doubt this has been asked before, but I haven't seen it.
What if, over time, service changes from CBJ to BBBJ? Is the profile changed? How would the Mod know, as, so far as I know, reviewer #12 can't change it from how reviewer #1 stated it?
What if, over time, build changes from skinny to thin to athletic to whatever? Same questions.
TER is all about member participation. We are the ones responsible for keeping a provider's profile updated by filing problem reports and by posting accurate reviews. Appearance, services offered, contact information etc. can all be updated by us, the members.
The moderators, by the way, have nothing to do with approving or updating reviews. They simply moderate these boards. They are not involved in the review process.
