Dman,I fully understand what you're saying about the explict details..many of the ladies don't want that, & their wishes are certainly to be respected.  I believe we agree on that.  Also, there are those of us who don't really care to give a graphic blow-by-blow description of everything that took place.  I have no answer to remedy your current dilemma, but I do have a couple of observations for whatever they're worth--I'll say this at the risk of preaching to the choir because I know you've been engaging in this hobby longer than I have.  I believe the quandry applies primarily to only first time reviews.  It's my observation that the info in the "fill-in" template seldom changes & isn't affected by what's written in either of the essay portions of the review.  Beyond the initial review, how you answer the fill-ins doesn't appear in your specific review, it's the same info on ALL the reviews...regardless of what your answers were.  The only effect on your review by how you complete the fill-ins seems to be what maximum rating your are allowed to put in the service category.  That's something I'd like to see changed, but I've already voiced my opinion on it & it's somewhat off the topic.I've read some of your reviews (although I don't recall if any were the first one) & have generally found your comments to be tastefully written...certainly not in way disrespectful or overly graphic like writings on the wall above the urinal.  So at the risk of not knowing what other problems you may have had with reviews, I'm wondering why you can't simply continue doing as you've done in the past?  I have always taken the approach of discussing with the lady the degree of detail she is comfortable with, & respected her wishes in that regard.  Perhaps you do the same, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.  But in my somehat limited experience, I've found this board to be far superior to the few others with which I'm acquainted (TBD specifically), & this in great measure is due to those same explicit details that seem to be at the core of this discussion.  I, for one, would not want to see major changes take place in this regard.In summary (I know I've probably rambled on), if a lady hasn't been reviewed here & DOESN'T want the publicity she would receive from this board...there's nothing to be done here.  If she wants NO publicity, so be it..the answer is obvious.  If she wants some, but not of this nature at all, another board is the only proper place.All this is just my .02   I'll be sorry to see you go if that's what happens, but the choice is certainly yours to make.  Whatever decision you reach, I hope it's a considered one..not reached out of anger or frustration.

We do change details in the Provider profiles when they are consistantly different from what is currently posted. We are now at a point where we can add more of the information to each review and remove it from the provider profile. At this point the search hits the provider profile and not each review. This is done to speed the system up.Please tell us what items you would like to see in the review and not in the provider profile, and we will come to some general conclusion and make the changes.

As I understand it each review consists of 2 basic sections, the profile & the comments, each of which is broken down into sub-parts.  Comments section:  I personally don't really feel there is much of a problem with the comments section, as long as we aren't required to be overly graphic.  We should have the latitude, if that is our choice, to comment on the session as a whole without a description of each event.  A somewhat generic "provided as indicated in profile" should be acceptable.  I realize this might raise some concern about self-reviews etc...but if you limited reviews to VIP members only, I believe that would eliminate most of the possibility of that happening.  I doubt having to pay for the first months membership would really turn away many first-timers who will be valuable contributors.  I've made this suggestion once before..don't know if it was rejected as a bad idea or what.  Or if you don't want to do it that way...how about somehow distinguishing reviews by VIP members v non-members?  I'm sure there are many ways this could be done.Profile section:  I'm definitely not suggesting that the profile be added to each review.  As you point out, it would slow the search process...but not only that, it would slow down the reading as well.  I would like to ask a question at this point as you've said that the profile is subject to change after the initial one goes up.  How many reviews with different answers does it take for that to happen?  And are those answers compared to the established profile each time?  Rates in particular are subject to change.  I've seen one gal several times & her posted profile rate of $300 was inaccurate from the very first time I saw her, which was several months ago.  According to her she had raised her rates several months previously (& there had been reviews posted since that time).  I really doubt she was just trying to get AMAP from me...she always stays about 3hrs for the 1hr fee & don't spend the extra time just talking.  I noticed a new review on her not long ago & her profile still showed 1hr-$300.  Not as important but still an example; another gal is listed as being 5'10" tall.  I'm 5'11" so it wasn't hard to see this was wrong.  She is several inches shorter & her webad listed her height at 5'7" which is probably accurate.  The first review was either done by a really short guy or else had a typo error.  But she's had numerous reviews & I find it hard to believe everyone still says she's 5'10".    My main concern with the profile is those areas which put a limit on high high we are able to rate the service.  If I remember correctly those are BBBJ, anal, & bi.  I personally am not interested in anal & could care less if the gal is bi, & let's assume I'm really concerned about safety & don't want a BJ unless it's covered.  If the gal is marvelous & gives me a really top of the world session in every way that I want it, why should I not be able to rate her as high as I wished?  About anal & bi..I'm not interested so I never ask, but if a gal offers the info on either do I answer "yes" in the profile?  And if she offers to bring a girlfriend sometime if I'd like...both of them doing me & not each other...is that considered bi?OK--end of ramble.  Sorry to make this so wordy, but felt it was necessary to cover all the bases.BTW, I think opening up this board & separating it from the general discussion area was a great idea...& I also appreciate that you're responding to our concerns.  Thanks.

Regarding the admisability of these pages in court - not a chance so long as anonymity is maintained.  Without probably cause to show that TER has directly gain compensation (monetary or otherwise), any records regarding membership can not be subpoenaed legitimately.  That assumes that TER will have the resources to fight a subpoena.  Further, even putting a name to these posts, no matter how graphic, are still heresay unless sworn to by the writer via either affadavit or testimony.Additionaly, LE doesn't care if a girl does greek.  That is to say, if there were any use for this site by LE, it would have been used long ago.  The site is just too easy to find.  By engaging in their trade, the providers have assumed this risk.  The escort ad is all it takes to become a target for LE.  If a provider asks me not to review - and they have - then I simply will not.Something to fear much more is the possibility of providers keeping records of items such as phone numbers captured by caller ID and liscence plates.  Call from your buddies car phone!LOL
