OK...I try to do my "part" in reading new reviews, & when I see something in them that doesn't seem to jive with what several reviews say, I submit a problem report. I'm not concerned with the membership credit at all, just the accuracy of profile information so that anyone searching for specifics (myself included, I suppose) can find what they're after.
So here's the deal...I recently submitted two problem reports which were not approved. One was on a gal who had MULTIPLE reviews in the past, & I pointed out they should be combined (nothing at all had changed) yet it appreared as a new review. In the second case the profile indicated CBJ when 7 0f the most 10 recent reviews indicated specifically it was BBBJ.
In both cases the problem reports were unappoved & there was no indication that a previous report had been submitted. The fact that they weren't approved had no explanation. While I'm not concerned with the membership credit...why don't we get some sort of explanation for the non-approval in such cases???
