... bullshitters.

Have read ample discussion on the Las Vegas regional discussion board about punctuality/no shows.
Does anyone know whether or not the TER staff is going to provide a mechanism to both hobbyists and providers as well..........beyond a review.......where an indication can be made when an appointment is;
1) cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment
2) more than 30 minutes late
3) a no-show, without even notifying the provider/hobbyist
Am betting this is important to all.
... without any explanation as to "why"? There's lots of legitimate reasons why a provider or client can cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before. And sometimes people run late for good reasons, e.g. an accident on the highway snarls traffic.
I do like the idea of being able to document NCNSes for both providers and hobbyists. But I think there needs to be some rules on it. For example, the date and time of the appointment must be stated when making the report (it would not be published however) and the report can be made no less than one week after the NCNS. That allows time for whoever did the NCNS to communicate with the other person and clear things up if possible.
What do you do when you search a provider's reviews and deem only one of many is negative? Don't you consider that review in the context of the entire picture?
Has to be a way this can also be done so providers/hobbyists, can view the preponderance of data. Then put this information in context.
Don't you think? If a hobbyist/provider has countless negative reviews, am confident you may think twice about seeing them. Same may apply with one who is consistently late or a no-show.............or..........you may have ample time on your hands and simply manage your expectation.
Caveat emptor........buyer beware
what is the name of this website?
The Erotic Review
who is being reviewed?
providers!
who gives out those reviews?
hobbyists!
your quote "If a hobbyist/provider has countless negative reviews, am confident you may think twice about seeing them." This doesn't make sense because you are saying that hobbyists gets reviews. it doesn't happen on a website called The Erotic Review!!
And this quote? " Caveat emptor........buyer beware." Who is buying the time for companionship? hobbyists!! Not the providers!
your idea will make TER a blacklist website, we don't need that at all!

then this shouldnt bother you at all !
Providers should be able to review hobbyists - if hes late/ rude/ asks for bare / .. hell Ive even encountered a hobbyist who has dozens of OKs on p411, lots of OKs on TER .. passed screening .. I had no reason to doubt the info he gave me for his hotel .. PURPOSELY send me to the WRONG hotel room just to throw me offguard and play mind games with me when I arrived to the correct room
needless to say i did NOT give him MY ok.
It wild also be nice to add positive notes such as: provided drinks/ bought cholocate/ gifts/ gave ME a nice massage etc
just like I stated to Las Vegan, I do not want TER to become another blacklist website.
TER does offer Whitelist option for providers to "OK" a hobbyist, that's it!
no need to expand on that. that's what PMs are for... back-channeling.
that post you made was mostly ONE hobbyist who played games.
has it occurred to you that providers play games with hobbyists as well?
so, no, TER is not the place for providers to review hobbyists. go somewhere else for that.
we don't need it here in TER. if that bothers you a lot, you can always delete your account in TER.
it's that simple.

One or more hours cancellation notice should suffice unless extraordinary rendezvous, session time or other arrangements were planned or expected.
NOT informing of running late is simply inexcusable in this age of cell phones, texting and internet. And I don't care if it's a "family emergency", major road closure or act of God it takes 10 seconds or less to dial one's cell phone if your still conscious and breathing
I agree and I know things come up, but NSNC is just inexcusable for both sides. I have made this same suggestion the OP made. I had one about a month ago cancel 30 minutest before our appointment. While I was not thrilled about the timing and somewhat suspicious excuse at least she canceled.
... blacklist website. there's enough of those around.
bad idea all around.
that's the Juicy Details are for in the review.

instead of shooting your mouth off... show us your proof of Epsilon Eridani showing up on the blacklist websites.
Otherwise, your post is worthless and doesn't contribute anything to the thread.
..It would be just another place for your name to show up repeatedly.
honestly i could care less what another lady tells me someone looks like. i hate the rating scale, we all have different ideas of what a ten is.
if i knew someone ncnsed i would not book them without partial payment upfront. especially if i was touring. there could be a "cancelled two hours prior, but sent cancelation fee." or for a lady, "she ran 20 mins late, but stayed a total of 80 minutes to make up for it."
that would be great!!
representative of a damn thing. Context matters, and would not be captured by a "metric". What might be indicative of performance is a rate of NCNS/date - great if you can get the info required for the denominator, meaningless without it.
Just get over it.
Just get over it.
I like the idea of being able to post the names of providers who do not show and do not call. It is inexcusable. I had a provider keep me waiting in a hotel parking lot for 1 hour after she texted me to confirm only 30 minutes before the appointment. I texted and wrote to her several times and she has yet to respond.
Too many explanations for the latter two. Let's keep the focus on the most important problems, which is the No Shows.
Now if you made 1) cancellations within ONE HOUR, I might go along with that, because that is almost just as bad as a no show.
