It strongly discourages posting rather than encouraging it.
Many people don't want to make the list, and it also gets used to out aliases. It serves NO redeeming feature!!!
is a totally kick-ass redeeming feature but the posters who continually fail to make the list month after dismal month might not be able to comprehend that.
(pssst - - it's not really the size of your mouth that matters, it's knowing how to use it )
