Hi, I'm curious about how and whether TER actively notifies providers when they've received a review.

Now I get an email saying something to the effect of "Tobi Telford's profile has been updated" whenever I get a new review. Works for me.

...if they pay for the full VIP membership (and many of them do) they could put themselves in their favorites list and check the box in their account manager to be notified when their favorite has an update which is a review.

...it wasn't there when I posted. Makes things look kind of silly sometimes when a held post shows up later and everyone reading it wonders didn't the later posters bother to read before they posted.

I agree about it looking silly, looking like we didn't read the prior replies.

If it's their first review, does the site alert them that they now have an assigned profile on TER?  Thanks again.

we can add ourselves as favorites and I get an email when my profile has been updated
