How about programming in the number of unread incoming PM's in your inbox next to "mail" on the blue block line above?

eg: "mail(3)" denoting the receipt of three, unopened, incoming private emails

Why? If you (collective) have mail, it shows up that it's there.

If you want to read it, you will. If you don't, you won't. If you can't, then it's time to get VIP. If you can, then you either will or won't. So, why?
