But I agree with your point that a legitimate review should be accepted, regardless of whether it's boring or exciting. There is a TER rule about reviews providing some level of detail, and I suspect that rule is related to the need to determine whether a review is legitimate or not.
If you had a review rejected by TER, you can ask TER Admin to explain why they rejected it, and then edit your review and re-submit it.
