Like is salt like city hot or is it just not enough action in the area. I know Hawaii has tons of request from  a lot of gents and I am surprised there is no ad  board for there either. I have been wanting to tour both citys but am bummed there is no specific TER ad board since  advertising on TER is where like 90% of my appts come from.

They would just add to the other slow boards such as Portland, Denver, New Mexico, Kansas, etc. The newest regional board added was Alabama after a bunch of people cried for a board there. Now they got their board and as predicted, hardly anyone posts there (6 months to reach page 3) Fallon has almost single handedly held that board up.

Even though I am in Hawaii, I am not necessarily in favor of Hawaii having its own board because I know it would be a dead board. However I have been in favor of grouping slow regional boards together. For example:  
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana;  
Kansas and Missouri, and maybe a couple other midwest states;  
Seattle and Portland, and maybe some other northwest states such as Idaho and Montana; Arizona, New Mexico,-- maybe Utah could be with them.  
Hawaii could be grouped with Alaska and Guam and maybe Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  
This way you wouldn`t have a board covering one small dead area but you also wouldnt have to use the all encompassing "other cities" board.

For now you just have to use the "other cities" ad board. Obviously there are also non TER boards that serve those areas too, so as far as advertising you will have to branch out if you visit. I also have heard that SLC has a high LE presense as far as the hobby.

But they do have a lot of crazy laws so be careful, but have heard some ladies do well there.  I believe ladies who visit Hawaii use eros mostly.....

Even if it is slow I am so glad we have the AL board now, because the alternative NON TER AL boards are not worthy of pissing on much less advertising there.  I actually keep a message in my email signature about the AL board here.

I like your idea of "grouping slow regional boards "

Ladies that tour there can do well, but probably need to be extra careful about advertising and screening etc, due to LE. Hopefully some providers with real Utah experience can give Lilly some insight.

As for Hawaii, yes EROS is probably the best advertising site. Also p411, and date-check can be used for advertising as well as the "other cities" ad board here. There are a few sites that can`t be menitoned here, which are also utilized.
I actually sent Lilly a bunch of Hawaii info in the past, when she talked about coming out here.

As for your Alabama board, even though the discussion board is only up to page 3, the ad board is up to page 9. Maybe having an ad board without a discusison board for some of the slow areas might work out. They did add a UK ad board without a UK discussion board. Maybe they could use my grouping idea for discussion boards, but still have individual ad boards??

On second thought I was thinking maybe individual ad boards, without individual discussion boards may work, and I guess in your OP, you were asking specifically for ad boards, not discussion boards. They did it for UK.

Screen like crazy. The cops are active and do tend to harass out of town talent from what I heard. Screen. If you are diligent and advertise right you can do fine here but if you don't well bad things involving LE can happen. I have more than a few lady friends busted. Please screen. By the way the local cops read TER and any and all other review sites with Utah providers or johns.  

Now as for Utah having its own board, well it would take a year or three to get a page of ads. Guys and ladies from Utah use TER reviews but we tend to use another board for discussion and ads.
