I think we should be reducing the "top providers" list not adding to it

These "top lists" are responsible for a huge percentage of the review manipulation and grade inflation that has been on the rise ever since these "top lists" were started, Do we really want MORE of this kind of thing?

why not include 'other cities'?  There are many quality people that are not in any of the listed regional towns/areas/states.

i believe " all cities " would have that covered..
