I clean my cookies, cache, browsing history etc frequently for privacy purposes. When a provider receives reviews in bunches it is hard to tell which ones I have read and which ones I have not because the highlighted text on the reviews I have read has gone when I cleaned out my cookies.

I know the "NEW" sign appears next to recent reviews but that doesn't help much because it stays "NEW" for several days and in between, I have cleared my cookies several times over.

Right now reviews in a provider profile are arranged in order of date visited, perhaps if reviews were arranged in order of most recent received on top, it would make things easier.

I am thinking a star or check box option next to a review would be good. We can use the option to mark reviews read or favorite reviews for future reference

It will put the newest at the top of that month.

So if someone submits a review now for an appointment back in April, it will go on the to of the list for April.

Another option is to add the provider to your favorites and under the notes section just write down the reviews you read.
