It would save alot of time and trouble looking around for reviews that aren't available plus we would all know that the lady has requested no reviews. They could simply keep the review section blank, and it would be free advertising just like it is for all the other ladies. Us guys then would not waste time writing a review if we knew it wouldn't get posted anyway. I talked to one provider who said she gets more from TER than any ad out there.
How about it Staff???

If a provider does not want to be reviewed, then why are you interested in giving her "free advertising?"  Are you suggesting that after a girl sends a letter to TER threatening legal action if we don’t remove her reviews, we should then send her business?  I don’t think so.

Why not spend your money on the girls who do want to be part of this community?

Just some thoughts...

The idea of posting a list of providers that do not want to have reviews posted, would be to help eliminate some of the endless ISO messages. In my own opinion it seems suspicious that a lady is willing to advertise her services on the internet but does not want her reviews posted. What is she hiding? All we want is a list with their names and URL of their ad.

I think it is less an advertisement for the provider, and more an identification of where a potential landmine is. Isn't transparent information flow what this board is all about?

True, just have not figured a way to list the girls who do not want reviews posted without:

a) Exposing TER to liability
b) Giving the provider extra business

Any Ideas?

Well, I can certainly sympathize with liability issues.

I see no liabilty issue with this, you are being very nice by not posting when requested. Someone would have a very difficult task to prove harm in a courtroom. I know a few judges who might get a good laugh. :)

You would be amazed. If I had a dollar for every letter we have received from the law offices of Dewey, Fukem and Howe, we would not need to charge for membership :-)

Forget the list, too much extra work,
but when we do a (VIP ?) search off
of her Name or Phone number, etc. ?
We get a dialog box like the one saying
provider info no longer available, but
says "Provider doesn't wish to be reviewed
by members of this site", or something ???

Just a thought.
