Rasha's reign the month before wasn't announced until the 13th. Announcing the following month prior to that woukd shorten their reign. The eariest TER has ever announced a winner was on the 5th of the following month.
Who knows why it takes so long? May be they do tabulate the "likes" manually. Lol. Maybe they have to wait for interview replies. Maybe there's a big Dutch holiday. In any case these announcements have always come late since the Miss TER thing started.
