so an idiot isn't able to dominate it with utter nonsense.  It would give a lot more credibility to the board -- I hardly look at it anymore because it's just so stupid now.  And besides, a newbie may get the wrong impression and think the idiot knows what he's talking about.

If you will look at the most recent thread on that board there are seven posts on it, ALL of them made by the same troll. Once upon a time the posts would have been removed and the poster moderated or gagged.

The Legal Board has always been full of well intentioned but grossly inaccurate advice, but the idiot that you refer to has taken it to a whole new level. I agree that it is potentially dangerous that a newbie might actually take the inane advice of that particular board troll

He is simply annoying, and as pointed out by the OP, potentially dangerous to anyone dim enough to follow his inane, and unsolicited advice.

I knew who you were talking about, and sure enough, I went over and checked it out, and yep, its him.
That guy had his ass handed to him on the general board (and legal board) a few times, and some of his shit is definitely funny for veterans to read, but you are right that newbies could get the wrong idea.  

but I agree that a real Attorney with credentials should moderate/dominate advice given on such a board.
