Over the course of the last couple of weeks a couple of my visitors have told me they have tried and tried to post reviews but they keep getting rejected for what seems to be no real reason..
I have read elsewhere that this seems to be an 'new' on going issue across the board..
Seems TER has taken some of the suggestions and have quietly implemented them..
1. first time reviewer first review will most likely NOT be posted.. However I suspect they keep a record so when he reviews a second different provider they will know it and post that review (not the first one)..
2. They (TER) made a suggestion to one of my potential reviewer to others out there.. "Get over it and post her reviews" His words not mine!!!
3. I understand there is some discussion about the boards of reviews getting rejected on the grounds that the website link in the review (providers site or otherwise) has or may have other review sites in, linked or more prominently displayed ..
This may or may not be issues related to your reviews but should you have doubts or questions a good place to start is to simply ASK TER what the issue is and make corrections accordingly... It has always worked for me as TER has some seriously good Customer Service.. YMMV as in anything.. See ya round the net...
