A couple of other boards I use have this feature and it makes thing much easier for everyone involved when the gentleman can just click on the calendar for their area and see if someone is visiting, is or is not available.
Might I suggest a calendar under each regional board where visiting ladies can put dates in. When I search the boards you either have to go back several weeks to find who is coming or you have to search every day and note it somewhere. If I am available a certain day it would be nice to go to the regional board and click on the caledar and see SO is in town on such-n-such date and research her.
I think her name and TER link would be the limit to prevent too much info on the calendar page.
