Elle Vegas the Sexy Swinger

First of all, TER created the national photo board a couple of years ago because the local boards were inconsistently used. Second, because the photo board could, under the new law, be construed as advertising, it's unlikely they'll increase their exposure until the impact of the new law becomes clearer.

It's no different than posting on the general photo board.  It's a picture.  It just makes more sense for the picture to be in the general area of where that lady happens to be.

It's pretty simple really  and I remember the old photo boards.  Certain cities had less participation and that's expected.  Some cities are busier than others.
