I think ANY review which talks about abusing a lady or pushing her into something she doesnt want is just WRONG! In my world, if a lady says "No" and a guy pushes her or does it anyway, well, he just crossed a line.

In light of some of the graphic and overtly agressive reviews currently being discussed on the GD, I'd like to suggest that TER establish guidelines regarding what is appropriate in reviews. TER already disallows any review that makes reference to BBFS, and many of us appreciate that. However, any review that indicates a lady has been pushed to go beyond her limits should be scrutinized as well.

The content of some of teh reviews posted are quite simply disgusting. A hobbyist bragging that he'll use a provider so that she won't "forget" him? A hobbyist bragging that he pushed a girl until she consented to greek? These review only serve to encourage other hobbyists to stand in line and take their turn being as abusive as the initial reviewer was.

This site was created so that hobbyists would know which ladies were rip offs, and which ones provide the services agreed upon. It wasn't intended to be a guide for predators to aid them in their search for easy targets who will allow themselves to be manipulated, pushed around, abused or mistreated.

especially as regards to someone being forced to do something beyond their limits.

Safety of both providers and clients should be a high priority, and TER should do what is necessary to make shre that priority is upheld.

Reviews that push ladies beyond their limits will only encourage more like minded individuals to do the same or worse.  TER should keep the abusive and overly aggressive type of reviews off of TER.  I too was not impressed with the gent who recently persuaded a lady into having Greek with him only to brag about it later on the GD Board and in his review of this lady.  I have no respect for this type of hobbyist.

That being said, we need to continue to allow these 'gents' to tell their tall tales on the TER Boards.  To disallow their postings would only hurt us ladies in the long run.  (I know your post is focusing on reviews.  Just taking it one step further.)  In my opinion, TER allowing these guys post their 'stories' on the boards is a perfect way to weed out gents I do not want to see.  Many times over TER has proven to be an invaluable tool in this regard for me.

So here's where I stand... TER should NOT allow these gents to write reviews that explicitly depict a lady being manipulated, pushed around, abused or mistreated.  TER should allow these guys to post such things on the boards as long as the lady in question is not identified in the post.  I greatly appreciate your post Sins.  I hope TER takes it into consideration.

The OP on the GD board found the review and was sharing his concern that someone would force another person to go beyond her limits.  Here is the link to the original post that started this.  Don't know where the review is but really feel like most of you, that it should never have been approved.

and if not their business will hurt or be ruined. Yes, there are men out there who will try this game and more often on a lady with little experience. Any review that mentions such a thing was done to her makes her a target to be used and abused over and over again. I to feel this should not be allowed.

I think ANY review which talks about abusing a lady or pushing her into something she doesnt want is just WRONG! In my world, if a lady says "No" and a guy pushes her or does it anyway, well, he just crossed a line.

Let's use the example of BBFS, which is a topic that is not allowed.

Let's all be adults for a moment and not pretend that this doesn't go on in the "real world" of P4P. Some guys ask for it. Some guys try to "take it". Some ladies offer it to regulars and some ladies offer it to anyone who walks through the door. Some even advertise it.

As a bit of a devil's advocate position here, is it not better to know where the problems lie, than to have them go into hiding and still be out there, but unseen?

I almost think it would be better to have a way to allow folks reading reviews to flag a review as (this is a sticky one, so I'll use the more extreme descriptor) portraying dangerous activity?

I want to know what parts of town to avoid... pretending that the entire city is devoid of crime and wandering aimlessly about at 4 AM is irresponsible on MY part.

My suggestion is not perfect and has a whole set of issues, but I think you get the idea, I am trying to portray. Come up with a good way to handle & classify the reviews/reviewers and you'll be far better off than banning the (patently) offensive review language. Afterall, do we even know if it's accurate, or just a whacked reviewer trying to make himself sound like you-fill-in-the-blank.

As a final thought. Leaving the review standing allows the lady to (if she chooses) check the review and either dispute it as inaccurate, or mark it as accurate and that the reviewer is dangerous (along with whatever other policies and systems are in placed to support this process.

I'm more interested in making it easier to keep the ladies safe and informed. Not to protect anybodies sensibilities.
