What you EXPECTED is actually more important than what you RECEIVED!

As great as TER is it does not take into account the expectations of the Hobbyists only the outcomes served by the Provider.

I posit that a new statistic is long overdue for you my brethren.

Allow me to explain.

Imagine that before you visit a Provider you expect her service level to be an 8 based upon your interpretation of her reviews but you were pleasantly surprised and the actual service level was a 10.

Should not the Provider receive “credit” for this uptick?

Consider the inverse as well.

You expected a 10 but got an 8.

Over time this can show the "hidden gems" and "over-rated" in this Fantasy.

Which I argue is a more accurate indicator of a Provider.

Just my two cents.  But It’s worth a dollar.
