So I got a review that stated I live on the EAST SIDE, also said I have a service room upstairs, I'm so far north west I'm borderline Indiana, an my room is in the basement! So although it's a great review , it's NOT MINE, :-/. It's causing confusion among callers, thinking I'm on the east side then after getting my location address they have to cancel because they only had time to meet me if I was on their dude of town, I've reported the review of being not mine several times and it's still there, you'd think who ever earned that good review should be granted it as well right? So what can I do?
'Report A Problem' should only be used to submit changes on provider profiles which are verifiable and 'quick'. Reporting of more serious issues should be reported via the Contact us page at the bottom of most TER pages
