While I do agree with most of what you have stated, there are a few conditions that may not work with a website like TER.

Ok, let's assume for a moment that TER now requires all providers to post at least ONE picture of themselves, blurred or not.

The big question comes into play is this...

How recent is the picture? Is this picture an accurate portrayal of the provider?

That's the part where TER may NOT want to get into the "policing" the provider pictures.

I do not know the numbers of providers that are members of TER, but I surmise that number to be in the thousands.

To my knowledge, TER does NOT have the peoplepower to go through every single provider's profile to verify a picture. It can be done over a period of months or longer and the database has to be updated literally on a hourly basis due to providers changing their pictures all the time.

(on a technical side, TER would probably need a few new servers just to handle the load of keeping the pictures on the TER website)

that as it stands now, people like the fake exposer, lamont, and a few others, while trying to help out fellow mongers with posting what they believe might be fake ad photos have actually been outing some very real ladies info, which is then why some of their eros ads get pulled, not because they are using fake photos, but they pull them because they find out that their real info is being given out on this board. Granted, its stupid to use your same modeling portfolio from model mayhem that you use on eros, but a lot of these girls are young and don't realize or know the ropes yet and they have their info exposed forever on the net.  I can just see fellow mongers finding a girls photo from her personal facebook page and posting it up with a review without the girls permission. There is a few real life models who do moonlight as escorts that have also been exposed by well meaning "fake exposers" with all of their real life info. The cost seems to be getting higher and higher for the ladies who work with the constant demand for more and more info to be given and exposed.

to keep a website with current photos or keep an online ad current with photos, you should pass anyway.  
The best way to get biz is with pics, if they aren't posting or keeping pics online they are either fly by nighters, drug addled, or they don't want to be found so just move on to those who do maintain an online presence.
