A board that covers all of the cities that you don't have discussion boards for. For instance, many of the asian countries are becoming hotbeds for action, but its hard to sift through the boards and find the information. A general international board could provide information on asian countries, european countries, etc. Just a place for people to share information. Kind of like the general discussion board, but internationally based.
