I have had a certain provider in my faves list for a while... then a few months ago she dropped out of sight.
While browsing escort mall ads the other day, I found her again.... same name, same pics. I looked at her TER profile and it said, "report new website".
I recorded the URL and reported it... just got back "Unapproved". I know for fact that the girl in question is her, I spoke to her and asked her about her previous website, and she responded with answers only she would be aware of.
Can anyone explain what I did wrong? Is it because she has a new email and phone number? Not verifiable? Or what?
I had submitted a problem report to combine two different profiles into one. It seemed obvious to me, but the first time it was not approved, so I sent a PM with additional details and they looked at it again and approved it.
I've found quite a few lately and I almost always get a duplicate message. When I look at the profiles a week later they are still 2 profiles for 1 provider.
It is getting very discouraging, to the point I don't like the hassle of submitting problem reports.
To be honest with you, sometimes I wonder that myself. As I have stated before, we are just a bunch of REALLY overworked guys and gals here. We get 100 to 200 problem reports a day. Sometimes, we make mistakes.
One thing you can do is give the most complete report you can. I have looked at many problem reports myself and some are VERY hard to understand.
