Why this is allowed is beyond me.
There are several B&S agencies in NY that post weekly ads.
It appears they are allowed to continue for the simple reason that they have a TER badge, thus making them compliant for posting ads.
These agencies that are continually being tagged on boards and reviewers are proving they are B&S.

Why not stop these agencies? It makes no sense to allow them to post ads with their fictitious stories and fake photos.

I am not calling for their banning, but they should not be allowed to post ads every 7 days.

Ladies and agencies that are proven to be using fake pics should not be allowed to post ads.  This will help guys focus on the ladies/agencies that are truthful in their ads.

allow board members to link their B&S reviews to their weekly ads.

Right now it is a violation of TER rules to "flag" an ad. It is considered

"Posting mean or rude comments in response to a provider's AD is prohibited."

I think a slight modification to that rule should be in order.

And although it is their 7 day ad, we are permitted to post if they are B&S. That is not being mean or rude. That is being factual, and the warning is permitted.
Why should we have to tag these 3 agencies every week who are constantly doing this?
This is why they should not be permitted to run ads.
TER should take the circumstances into account.

If enough of you continue to tag their ads, maybe it will end up being a net sum gain. I can't imagine the ads are doing these agencies much good if everyone knows the agencies are B&S.

I beat my head against a wall repeatedly about this topic.

While well intentioned, the current policy goes to far and prevents the B/S from legitimately being called out.  In the spirit of TER, it ought to be permissable to challenge a provider ad on the boards; otherwise, the impression is that since its on TER, it must be a legit provider, agency, or whatever...  Not really why TER exists now is it...?
