if a provider is banned for fraud and a guy puts up an ad for her on a regional board, i think he is just as guilty of the fraud and should be banned as well.

sometimes they claim they were unaware she's been delisted but i refuse to believe that someone who knows how to post on the boards, doesnt know how to use the ter search function on the reviews.

maybe under "this providers info no longer available" you should also put, posts on any ter discussion board regarding this provider are against ter policy and may result in your membership being revoked.

I agree.

I had my reviews self deleted for privacy reasons awhile back and yet I still see an occasional honorable mention. Not that it's bad, I still would like to remain  UTR For right now and some of these people just don't get that.

Here is my problem with the delisted for reviews.

All a provider has to do to get rid of bad reviews from TER is to get herself delisted on purpose.

That screws the clients, out of finding out about these bad providers. I don't like looking up some visiting girl here that is charging premium rates, only to find out they have no reviews.

Delist them for advertising but not the reviews...if they find false reviews just delete those, but I wanna know if someone does or doesn't offer something, or just sucks.
