In looking at the top 100 list in our local board their are reviewers who has not reviewed in over five years.
I suggest that (similar to the providers who have 90 days  to be reviewed or be dropped) the top 100 reviewers should have at least one review in the last year or be dropped off.
Same as providers - do a new review and take your place.
