Ohio is a top-ten population state, ahead of other places that have their own board such as NJ and New Mexico.  TER is ceding this region to other boards by not setting up a regional board for this area, which doesn't seem to be the best of ideas.  Maybe LE or something akin is an impediment?

I agree, many national touring agencies send ladies to Ohio cities and while the local selection is kinda slim when it comes to perfect 10's as far as looks,IMO, there are many providers and hobbyists in the state.
