Suggest you add a feature that reflects the number of times a provider "no shows" for scheduled appointments.  Perhaps not indicate as full reviews but at least track the number of times a provider does that so hobbyist have an idea of how often a provider does this.

I can't imagine TER ever doing this because each no show would be disputed by the provider. And how could they verify them as true to begin with? It would be a classic "he said, she said" with TER in the middle.  
Besides, you can post these things now on your local board.
