Get rid of the Chat in TER

I'd say about 90% of the time that I log onto TER, no one is in the chat room.

on the times that there is someone in there, I'd say there probably not more than 5 people at a time.

I suggest that TER dump the Chat room and use the website resources better.

I don't use Chat either, but it's not really a huge use of bandwidth. Maybe if you didn't have such a reputation as a stalker, the hookers wouldn't run at the first sign of you.
