I have had my site flagged and taken off my profile no less than 3 or 4 times now when it was down for upgrades and maintenance. I believe that it would benefit everyone if TER would notify the provider when a flag is put on her profile to help minimize the damage that it can do to a provider's business when her site is taken down.

My site was down for about 24 hours while undergoing upgrades. It wasn't working because of that. Now I have to wait IN ADDITION to the 24 hours another day or two to bring it up. I am wondering how much business I have lost because someone had an itchy finger.

How about emailing the girl and saying,

"Rae, noticed your site was down. When do you think it will be back up?"

"Oh it's going ot be back up tomorrow as it's undergoing upgrades."

Would you still flag it???
