Foodguy is correct. Just log on to your account manager, and check "email notification of personal message," As for reviews, I get email notifications everytime any of my "favorites" get a new review. I might be wrong, but I assume that even as a provider, if you are VIP, you can select favorites. If so, set yourself as a favorite, then go to account manager and check "email notification when favorites profile updates." If you can not set yourself up as a favorite, then I am not sure how that would work. (but the PM part is really simple)

I will check to see if I can select myself as a Favorite, but I don't think I can access anything in Favorites unless I renewed my VIP. Frankly since alias reviews have been allowed there is no longer any reason for me to have VIP. I can no longer use the reviews as an extra screening tool so I'm not going to pay for the little luxuries of VIP.
if you could get emailed when you get a new review. That should be a feature with your limited free provider VIP. I understand your reasons for not paying for full VIP but you should have the limited provider VIP. I guess the limited VIP only allows you access to your own juicy details and to the PM system. But it should have a mechanism to email you when your profile updates. Make another suggestion here, and also contact admin requesting that. The wheels move slow here in making changes and taking suggestions, but they have been getting a lot better about answering pms. Just the other day I filed a problem report that got approved in less than 4 hours, and I contacted admin about something and they got back to me and it was solved in less than 2 hours. That is definiely an improvement in the way things were before. So I am not saying they will take your suggestion and make it happen, but I bet they at least get back to you.
